This kit literally saved me 100’s of dollars. I had a rusted and previously stripped 10mm thermostat bolt on my honda crv where I had very little room to get any tools into but I was able to get it about half off before it was totally rounded, and if I couldn’t get this bolt off completely because at that point I couldn’t tighten it back up, and I had already drained out all of the coolant, I would have had to roll the car out of my garage and get it towed to a shop - who knows from there what it would have cost. With this extractor socket set I was able to successfully get the bolt off!! Every DIY’er needs to have this kit.
